  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Late Returns

Returns made outside of the 14 to 25-day window may not be accepted, and you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
